According to a study of 500 executives, over 50% of people who are ready, willing and able to buy, will not wait more than one minute for assistance. And 6% will not wait at all.
The study also found that 61% of the survey respondents have a more specific agenda when visiting an exposition, have more to accomplish and make decisions three to four times faster following their visit with an exhibitor.
